Items in bold in project window

I must be missing something obvious; but I can not deduce why some items in my project list are in bold font and some are not.
It does not seem to be related to whether they are checked for compilation or to their file extension.
I could find no reference to this in the help file either.

The bold items are PL/SQL sources. Either in a source file or as a database object.

What is this logic based on? Just on file extensions or is content considered?
It seems like it's just extensions. Even an empty *.pdc Command Windows" is shown in bold in the project list.

It is indeed based on the extension (for files) or the object type (for database objects).
