Issue: QueryBuilder Maximized

Hi Marco,

Sometimes when I run "Query Builder" from "SQL Window" it appears as non-maximized window when it should be maximized according to the window button, please see screenshot below.

PL/SQL Developer
  Version 7.0.1.1066 (MBCS)
  Windows XP version 6.0 (build 2600) Service Pack 2

That doesn't seem right. Is this in any way reproducible?

Here is the sequence that seems to work every time

1) Start PL/SQL Developer
2) In Navigator select any table, right click and select "Query Data"
3) Go to SQL Window and click on "Query Builder" toolbar button

This does not reproduce it for me, but we'll investigate it.

I cannot reproduce it on another machine with fresh 7.0.1 install as well.

On my main machine I have 7.0.1 installed on top of 7.0 and 6.x. May be there is something in config files, that causes this effect.
