I love how fast this is vs calling an external program.
But I'm not as thrilled with some of the implementation:

- Toggled settings in the Viewer are not saved to the Config file (e.g. "Ignore case"), so the setting reverts the next time you run the viewer.
- Similarly, changing a Diff Viewer setting in the Config window doesn't apply to the current Diff Viewer window.
- Can we change the keys defined to move between differences from Ctrl-Down/Up? I don't see that option in Preferences->Key Configuration.
- If you have two differences on consecutive lines, where one diff is a new line, the display seem different than if you just had one difference.
Note how it shifts the PROCEDURE line up when Ignore-Case is turned on.
I'm really on the fence if I'll switch to the Internal Diff Viewer once V14 is released, as I really like the external tool we use, Beyond Compare. You've done a nice job, but BC has more power (including the ability to edit either side of the diff and copy differences from one side to the other).
