We have a company license for PSD that we bought while v12 was still in production. The license is still active but on new machines (using v13) when we try to use the license it fails. We have found that if we install v12 we can upgrade; but with the update process being so time consuming we would rather not have to do that for every new developer we onboard.
Are there any patches or workarounds available to your existing license holders?
