Insert Single Quote for a String

How can i insert single quote for a string using shortcut, For ex, for the string var1223, as soon as i type some shortcut, it should insert single quote for that word or string

I'm not quite sure what you mean. Can you let me know the desired end result after pressing the shortcut key?

There is currently no option for this.
