initialisation error sql*net not properly install

Hello,

Last Week, PLSQL Dev Run correctly, but today, I have the message "initialisation error sql*net not properly install" when I want to run PL/SQL Dev.

SQL/plus run correctly. No product was install/uninstall since last week. On other PC,PL/SQL Dev run correctly.

What could be the problem?

We find the problem, it was a network drive problem.
