I used the Save Layout feature, so when I start PL/SQL Developer, Object Browser occupies about 3/4 of screen's left panel, and Window List about 1/4.
I'm often trying to get more "real estate" for a Program or SQL Window, so I tend to "turn off" the Object Browser (Tools -> Object Browser) and Window List (Tools -> Window List).
Note: I have keyboard shortcuts assigned to these actions, Ctrl+Alt+B and Ctrl+Alt+W, respectively.
If I first turn off Window List, then Object Browser, then turn then back on in the opposite order, Object Browser first, then Window List, everything appears as in the "saved" layout.
