Importing files in UTF8 with Text importer

Hello everybody, can you help me!
I use text importer in loading txt files to the database (Oracle 11g), files in utf8 coding (uses cyrillic alphabet). It's process till 100 record in correct coding page and from it coding page become wrong, unread symbols. Is anybody can explain what happened with importing.
Client OS system Windows XP, Oracle client 10.2.0
