Import table from Large .pde file

Dear all,

I backed up my data to a large .pde file (size 30 Gb). When I import to restore some tables, it's too slow.
The file has been loaded and all the table names appeared on the list but import process was too slow.

Could you please help me about this? Is there any another solution?

The only way to improve performance is to import the file locally on the Database Server if it's a Windows Server. You can also use the "Oracle Export" method during export.
