I/O Error 123 When doing Exporting

In PL/SQL Developer, I keep getting an error "I/O Error 123" when I'm trying to export a table.

But if I try logging on using another Windows UserID, then its ok. What's wrong?

This error indicates an invalid file name. Can you verify i the output file name is valid?

The output file is valid. C:\abc.dmp

Can you check if the TEMP environment variable is also valid?
