I/O Error 123 on Show Differences

When I try to compare the differences of a "compare user objects" I get an error I/O Error 123. I am using CSDIFF as follows:
"C:\Program Files\ComponentSoftware\CSDiff\CSDiff.exe"

But this even fails with notepad.exe. What am I doing wrong?

This suggests an invalid filename. Does this happen with any object or all objects? Are there any special characters in the object name or owner name?

This happens if you use EZNames for your database connection (e.g examplehost:1521/exampledb) - see my post from 2007-07-10.
