I tried "SELECT to_clob('abc') FROM dual;", I clicked on "..." next to "abc" or right click in result and the screen freezes, I just press 'ESC' to return to normal, how can I solve it?

Can you exit PL/SQL Developer, start regedit.exe, and go to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Allround Automations\PL/SQL Developer\Position

Delete the ColumnEditorForm section and try again.
