I can not use CRTL + "any direction key"

When I try to use CRTL + "direction key" nothing happens.
Before the installation of PL/SQL Developer new version, I could jump between the words with this command.

Anybody knows what happen and how I can use this function again?

The key assignment has been lost for some reason - lots of people have had this.

On the menu go to Tools / Prefs / User Interface / Key Configuration and reassign those keys.

Ps.: If anybody had the same problem, go to the path above and look for theses keys:
Editor: Word Left, Edinho: Word Right
