I have the latest version installed v13.0.3.1902 x64, running on Windows 7 Ultimate. I just noticed that the tooltip functionality (that shows, for instance, a variable definition in a tooltip when you hover over the variable name in code within a PL/SQL window) does not work in a SQL Window. Also, the hyperlink navigation that works in a PL/SQL Window (when you hold down the Ctrl key and then left or right click on the variable name or procedure name etc.), also does not work in a SQL Window. Is this by design? If so, can an option be added to turn this functionality on for SQL Windows (assuming there isn't one already)?

These functions are indeed restricted to the Program Window. I have added this to the list of enhancement requests.
