How to set Object browsing to CURRENT_USER as default?

I recently installed 9.0.1 and somewhere the setting is persisting to ALL_USERS -> All objects for the objects window when I log into any database.

When I manually change to CURRENT_USER and Save Layout - it does not persist.

Tools -> Object filters seems to set All objects or My objects but it does not show a setting to change ALL_USERS to CURRENT_USER and keep as default.

Let me know what I am missing.

You can go to Tools > Preferences > Object Browser and set the "Default user selector" to .
