How to reset interface settings

Not sure what I did (might have been the mouse with the 'sticky' button) but my PL/SQL interface settings are all screwed up. When I start up the menu opens in a separate area of the desktop, I have toolbar buttons I got rid of earlier and I have extra stuff in the left bar.

How do I reset all these settings back to default so that I can redo them all?

You can go to Tools > Preferences > User Interface / Appearance and press the "Reset docking" and "Reset toolbars" buttons.
