how to log on to PLSQL Developer

when i open the the software can any one help me for that, what is the login name, passward and data base. Plz

You have to enter the connection data to your database user: scott/tiger@your_database

hi all, wen i start my plsql developer it gives and error message that initialize your oci.dll file, homedir:c:/software and homedir:c:/program files/ora92/. something like this error has come plz any one help me to overcofrom it
