How to load JSON Files into Oracle DB via PL/SQL Dev

How do I load a JSON file into an oracle table via PL/SQL Developer. I am on version 10.0.5.1710

There are currently no tools in PL/SQL Developer to upload more than 1 file into a table at once.

A single file can be uploaded by editing the table data in the SQL Window and invoking the Large Data Editor for the column that should the data, and loading the file from within the Large Data Editor.
