How to integrate PLSQL Developer 11 version with TFS

how to integrate PLSQL developer 11 with TFS. I know we can integrate PLSQL Deveeloper 9 with TFS with VCS 124 plugin. I am not able to integrate 11 with VCS 124. Please help me.

You will need to install the Microsoft MSSCCI provider for TFS 2013/2015. For more information see the User's Guide included with the VCS Plug-In.

Microsoft MSSCCI provider for TFS 2013/2015 should be installed after VCS124 installation. I tried to install otherwise, an alert has been thrown saying PLSQL Developer Not Found even if there is plsql Developer 11 installed.
