How to execute user written procedure

Hello guys, am new to plsql-allroundautomations. can any1 please guide me how to execute user written procedures step by step would be more helpful. Thanks in advance. I checked the help but couldnt get it.

You can right-click on the procedure, select "Test" from the popup menu, enter input parameters in the "Variables" pane at the bottom of the Test Window, execute it by pressing F8, and view output parameters in the "Variables" pane.
