How to distribute NET8 without Oracle Installer?

Which Dlls are required?
Could I copy some Dlls to a folder and
modify the registry?

Are you sure you are entitled to distribute Net8 with your application? Do you also distribute the Oracle Server with your application? If not, you should probably list SQL*Net or Net8 as a requirement.
