How to disable hotkeys from working in dialogs?

I've defined Tab key for indentation similarly to Visual Studio.

Now in Find & Replace I can't use Tab to move between fields, it thinks it is Indent. Similarly, I've defined Alt-C for new Command Window. When I press it in F&R dialog to close it (as indicated by underlined hotkey on the Close button), I'm getting command window opened instead - even while the dialog window is active.

This is annoying, is there way for dialog windows to behave like they do everywhere else?

No, this is currently not possible. Your key definition will override things.
