how to define file name patterns

Hello,
I'm on the latest 8 version.
Files' extensions are defined in the "Files-> Extensions" to be ( example for function) "fnc".

Questions:
1. Where can i find and change the default file name ?
2. ( more generic) how can i define the pattern for file name ?

Example:
i want to define all files as __.sql.
instead of default .

Please advise.

The default file name cannot be changed, only the extension.
