How to connect Oracle Cloud DB with diff Oracle Wallet

Hi,

I have two Oracle Wallet for the different env(ps: dev env & sit env).
But now i can only connect one of them using plsql dev.
Is there any way to let different connection using it's own wallet info? So that I can connect them at the same time.
