How to change "View SQL" preferences?

Hi!
I should change structure of generated DDL. For example, to remove indexes from result script. How I can do it? May be any plugins?

Presently I do not think there is an option for this. In the future, I think it would be nice to have an intermediary window between a DDL drag/drop to ask if you want everything, or just table structure.

There is indeed no option for this, the indexes are always included. I have added this to the list of enhancement requests.
