How to catch keyboard event from plugin?

I think this must be easy.

How can I catch keyboard event from plugin?
Or, how can I set shortcut to my menu items?

You can do that in preference.
If you add your PlugIn Menu in a particular Menu you will see this in the preference -> Key Configuration
