How do I call one Stored Procedure?

I think that this is a newby question... but I don't understood how to call a stored procedure.

When I use the native TStoredProc component I have access to TParams (with dialog form) property, this is very functional and easy to use. Would I have the same with DOA ???

My intention is a total replace of native DataBase Delphi components
