How can I work with files in Unicode charset???

Hi, All!
I have a problem while opening files in UTF-8 encoding. PLSQL Developer does not reflect properly cyrillic chars!

How can it be fixed?

Hello,

PL/SQL Developer does not support unicode, it is MBCS (it means ANSI) application.
You should convert UTF-8 file to ANSI encoded using external editor/converter.
