How can I print the Query Builder diagram ?

This is not possible, but is added for the next release. Right now you can only make a screenshot and paste it in a Word processor.

Or use Quick/ER...
If free Version you can use up to 10 objects.

Quick/ER is not really a Query Builder. In version 6.1 the Query Builder and a new Diagram Window will use the same diagramming functionality, which includes printing.
