Am I just remembering wrong, or did 7.0.3 hilite the begin/end pair? It doesn't under 7.1.

No, it didn't.

It highlights all begin/end pairs, but for the main pairs in procedures/functions (standalone or in packages) and package bodies (initialization). It works in triggers.
