highlighter variables

how i can highlighter variables like '&' and ':'
I've tried custom keywords but this option doesn't work

This is currently not possible. I have added this to the list of enhancement requests.

Procedures, packages,triggers ... do not have ':' in variable names.

Therefore better will implement highlighting based on the names convention.
