Help File Problems

I am having a problem with errors while accessing the help file for PL/SQL Developer. Everytime I go to a page of help I get the following popup box: An ActiveX control on this page might be unsafe to interact with other parts of the page. Do you want to allow this interaction. When you click yes it then throws a scripting error that indicates that the object doesn support this property or method. Any ideas what might be causing this? It doesn't happen with other help files from other companies.

Which PL/SQL Developer version are you using?

Is it installed on a local drive or on a network share?

I am using 7.1.1.1339 installed on a local drive.

I'm not sure what might cause this. Perhaps it is some Internet Explorer security setting. Do other HTML help files work correctly?

Yes they do. For example the FreeTOAD one works fine. I have looked long and hard at the IE settings and haven't found anything.
