Ghost Breakpoint

My PLSQL developer seems to remember breakpoints that I have deleted in my code.

It stops on them when I do a debug step-by-step.

Is there a way to fully reset the breakpoints of PLSQL Developer?

If these are truly ghost breakpoints (not visible when you go to Debug > Modify breakpoints) then the only way to remove them is to log off and log on again.
