Get Sql Windows to "untab"

I updated to 13.6. Now all of my new sqk windows go into tabs and I can't find a preference for that. The documentation shows separate windows on Page 9.
But when I do a new sql window or program window they are all in tabs.

You have an option to change view mode : uncheck single document.
