Full screen view: Enhancement request

I really miss the possibility to run various windows in a "Full Screen View". Something like "View->Full Screen" in e.g. TextPAD. This could be very useful for most window types, but I particulary miss this when it comes to program windows.

You can always maximize the application window and/or a document window.

Yes, I know that. It's not what I ment. Full screen view is when the edition area (Program Window) covers the whole of the screen. Menues, status bars, etc. (possibly also the title bar) is then hidden, and the editing area makes use of the whole monitor area. Check e.g. MSWord: meny View->Full Screen.
A dockable and/or minimizable code hierarchy window/box would also be nice.
