I think the FTP plug-in is great, but so far I have found a few small changes that would make it even better:
* It would be nice to be able to add an "FTP Open" button to the toolbar.
* When you do a "FTP Save As..." have the file name default to what the current file name is. (The normal "Save As..." works like this.)
* Once you have done a "FTP Save As..." if you click the "Save" icon you get a "Could not determine cwdir: No such file or directory." error. (You have to do an "FTP Open" and then you can save the file.)
* Have the initial focus on the "FTP Save As..." dialog box be the file name
* Have the FTP Open/Save dialogs center on the current PL/SQL Developer window instead of the last location. (More important when you use two monitors with different instances of PL/SQL Developer on each monitor.)
