Font Size in internal HTML viewer (HTML manuals)

The font size and/or scaling of the internal HTML viewer (for viewing HTML manuals) has been reduced from PL/SQL Dev v11 to v12.
In v12 it is too small to read.

Is there a way to zoom (e.g. CTRL+ and CTRL-) or change it by any other means (config/registry)?

The Oracle Documentation is for 11.2.04 (E11882_01.zip).
