Beta 14.0.0.1952 issue
I defined folders in the File Browser to show my Oracle packages. I was viewing it and needed to create a new folder. After I created the folder via Windows Explorer, I returned to the PSD File View, but couldn't find the new folder, until I saw it on the bottom of the list (instead of sorted alphabetically). I tried closing File Browser and re-opening, but no luck. It wouldn't show me the new folder sorted properly until I exited and restarted the Beta.
I've confirmed that this does not behave this way in the latest V13. Please see the screenshots. Sadly, I can't recreate this behavior. :-(
