Im developing in PL/SQL Dev, I have many triggers, packages etc. I decided to alter my file structure (create one anyway ). You have a "directories" section with in the preferences, would it be possible to add triggers/packages/views etc to that list?

This is currently not possible, there is only a global "Program File" directory preference. I have added it to the list of enhancement requests.
