Feature request: "Window list" management

Hi!

IMHO it would be a nice feature to:
- have an option to show open windows as tabs (windows stacked horizontally, not vertically) on top of the PL/SQL Developer workspace. I think that a lot of modern development environments use this technique.
- have an option to enable "last window" functionality. When user presses Ctrl+Tab he/she would be shown the last window he/she was viewing before the current one.

This is on the list of enhancement requests.

This is what Ctrl+Tab does.
