Feature request: Standard Test

We can now save our SQL Windows as Standard Query. This is a cool feature that we use a lot to store all sorts of queries.

This feature request wants to do the same for Test windows.

- When we right-click on a method, we can now choose 'Test'.
- The resulting Test Window could then be altered and saved as a "Standard Test".
- Next time we right-click on this method, we can now also choose from "Standard Test", that will bring back our previous stored Test Window, including parameters and types.

Nice idea. I have added this to the list of enhancement requests. Maybe we can still sneak it into 12.0.

I think you can save test window to a file and reopen the file from pls will reback the test window now.

Note that a "Save as Standard Test" feature is available in the Test Window.
