Feature request: reload cache button

It would be great to have a button that would reload the cache of user objects that is used for autocomplete.

For example, if I create a table in one SQL window, the table name can't be autocompleted in another SQL window unless I disconnect and reconnect to the database.

I have added this to the list of enhancement requests. Note that you can already define an "Editor: Refresh Code Assistant" function key for this.
