feature request: export as inserts default file name

I often use the "export by right-clicking on a table" feature.

It opens the export window on the correct table, however the default file name is the last used one. I would love to see something like "last_directory\export_of_TABLE_NAME.SQL"

Moreover, It will be nice to have a multiline edit box for the "where clause".
