I have created a query, and I need to export the results to a .csv file so I can plot them in ArcMap. The results seem to export ok, but when I go into ArcMap, I can bring in the file, but ArcMap cannot read it. We have gotten around this problem before by opening the .csv file in Excel, and saving it that way, but this file has too many rows to open in Excel. What is the difference between an Excel .csv file and a PL/SQL Developer .csv file? And how can I export my results so that I can plot them? Thank you!
