Export chinese words to excel file

I can see the chinese words in the result window of PL/SQl developer. But after I export the result to Excel file, the chinese words become unrecognized. How can i do?

Maybe there is a problem with the character set encoding in the interface. What happens if you copy & paste to Excel, or if you right-click on a result set and select "Copy to Excel"?
