Explain plan windows doesn't recognize when not connected

1) Open connection A
2) Open Explain Plan window
3) Change connection using status bar to connection B

=> Execute is disabled
=> No "*" on status bar.
=> Have to go to Connections tab and open from there.

This is just one of quite a few special cases where the connection indicators are inconsistent, something that's been around in v9 for quite some time and, while not exactly a show stopper, can be a bit annoying.

Nope. The problem still exists.
