Error window without description

Hello.

I have PL/SQL Developer Version 7.1.2.1362
and Oracle Instant Client 10.2

I have ORACLE_HOME, NLS_LANGUAGE, PATH in system variables.

When i started PL/SQL D. after login i received small error window without description. Only OK button and window name (PL/SQ..) is there.

Please help me.

Maybe this is an environment problem. Can you go to Help > Support Info, press the 'Copy all pages' button on this info screen, and paste this text into an e-mail reply?

Same problem here...

All other tools work ( SQL Plus, Oracle SQL developer , Oracle Tools for VS...)

Can you also check if the PATH, ORACLE_HOME, TNS_ADMIN and NLS_LANG environment variables are set?
