Error while installing the vcs plug-in for PL/SQL developer

I downloaded the zip file, opened it, and then tried to run the setup.exe.

Here is the error message I get:

Exception EInOutError in module setup.exe at 0000CA7F. File not found.

Any suggestions?

which Version of PL/SQL developer do you use?

Did you unzip the entire file? You cannot run the setup.exe from within the zip file.
