Error Stack Window

If you go to Tools > Preferences > User Interface / Options and press the "DSA Dialogs" button, do you see a line for the call stack? If so, remove the line and try again. This would indicate that you have previously selected "Don't show this message again" for the "Show call stack?" question, and pressed the "No" button.
