Error Ora 1026 in aracle 9i instances

Hi Friends.

I have an error in PLsqldeveloper to try to give describes or to see the indices of a Table, View or any object since the browser of objects.

As I can solve this error, please nay you help me?

the error code is ORA-01026 Multiple Buffers of size > 4000 In the bind list.
